ONE MORE STEP is a server-backed pixel roguelike built around risky decisions. Every encounter gives you a choice: fight, deceive, show mercy, take the treasure, or walk away. Your decisions shape your character, unlock secret events, and decide which bosses and endings wait at the end of the road.

BUILD A CHAMPION

Every successful journey can create a champion for the Arena. Inspect other players' equipment, choose your tactic each round, and fight asynchronous PvP battles. Losing—or abandoning a live duel—costs 5% of your stored gold.

Bring equipment home, prepare gear for the next journey, trade items on the market, and fill a codex of discovered monsters and equipment. Epic, Legendary, and Godly gear comes with increasingly visible cosmetic effects.
